I forgot to say in my blog yesterday, that I had another visit to the midwife. Everything is fine. I just need to make sure I get plenty of rest now that I have finished work. I did have a grumble about a sore leg. Apparently BN2 is lying on my left hand side, and probably squashing a nerve, so nothing to worry about. Glad I got it checked out though. Midwife gave me some handy hints on how to get baby to move, and they seemed to have worked so far. So whatever your niggle is, ask the midwife, they may just be able to help.

Finally my baby website has gone live, visit OpakapakaBabies.

This site includes sites and products I have found useful during my two pregancies, and shopping for toys and clothes for BN1 (Baby Number 1).

My husband has also been busy too, he has gone live with awebsite about finances, visit OpakapakaFinance.

This site was built as we investigated how on earth we were going to keep BN1 in nursery whilst I went on maternity leave with BN2.

Hooray, its my last week at work and already my diary is filling up with things that I must do before baby arrives. Order carpet, get carpet fitted, build flat pack furniture, get hair cut, get nails done, assemble buggy and make sure I know how to use the rain cover for my new double buggy.

TIP: check out the rain cover before baby arrives, mine stank of new plastic, and took 10 minutes to work out who to put on

I seem to be breeding buggies faster than babies, I now have three - a travel system (brilliant!), a light weight buggy (rubbish), and now a double buggy (yet to be tried - Cosatto Duet Lite!!! - keep reading for updates on this one).

And to make it worse the travel system comes with a carry cot and car seat both of which i will be using for BN2, so have to keep it for now, plus its handy for when BN1 is in nursery. So for now we are just going to have to keep all three.

Bought flat pack furniture for babies room and saw friends on the way home, mentioned that our 18 month old wasn't really interested in climbing the stairs!!! Got home, and he made a liar out of us. He climbed the stairs in 30 secs. Thought it was a one off, so took him downstairs and he did it again. Stair gate at the bottom of the stairs went up.

My ear infection has finally got the better of me, decided to take time off work to rest and recover, cos who knows from now on I could go into labour at any time, and I don't really want to do it without having plenty of rest first,
